1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect

• Name, email address and the content of your message – provided by you via the contact form or by email.
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device, operating system, requested pages and time of the request) – recorded automatically in server logs when you visit the site.
• Only if you consent to advertising cookies: cookie identifiers, IP address and page-interaction data collected by Microsoft through the UET tag (see section 5).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to business inquiries and preparing quotes – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) for business inquiries.
• Delivering this website and keeping it secure (server logs, abuse prevention) – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure website).
• Measuring and optimising our Microsoft Advertising campaigns (Microsoft UET) – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), see our Cookie Policy.

4. Data retention

Contact‑form and inquiry data is kept for 24 months after the last communication. Server logs are retained for 12 months. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 365 days.

5. Data recipients

• Web hosting provider – hosts this website and processes IP addresses and server logs on our behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
• Email service provider – receives and stores messages sent through the contact form or to our email address, and sends our replies, on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Advertising UET) – only with your consent. If you consent to advertising cookies, Microsoft Corporation collects and receives personal data such as cookie identifiers, IP address and page-interaction data through the Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag, to measure and optimise our Microsoft Advertising campaigns. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server; no data is sent to third-party font services.

6. International transfers

Data collected through Microsoft UET may be transferred to Microsoft servers in the United States. Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework, on which the transfer is based. If any other provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Consent and how to withdraw it

Advertising cookies are set only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal.
